How to contact us
Send a complaint or appeal to [email protected] with the journal name, manuscript or article identifier, a clear account of the issue, relevant correspondence and the outcome requested. Please provide factual, specific evidence and avoid sharing unnecessary personal data.
Editorial appeals
An appeal should explain a material factual error, procedural problem or relevant evidence that was overlooked. The office will arrange review by an editor who was not responsible for the disputed decision where practicable. Further expert advice may be requested. An appeal does not guarantee a different outcome and should not be used to pursue simultaneous submission elsewhere.
Service and ethics complaints
Complaints about conduct, confidentiality, commercial handling or the publisher can be raised directly with MYSER. Anyone implicated in a complaint should not be its sole decision maker. The publisher will communicate the outcome or explain why investigation is continuing. Where appropriate, an unresolved research-integrity matter may be referred to the relevant institution or rights holder. Confidential material is shared only as needed to address the issue.
