Open access, copyright & permissions
Clear access terms and an identifiable licence for every publication.

Access to research
MYSER supports access to scholarly work. Each journal must state its access model and display the applicable licence and copyright holder on published articles. A publisher policy page does not replace an article's individual licence or a journal's publication agreement.
Authors and reuse
Before publication, authors must be informed of the rights they retain, the rights granted to the publisher and the reuse licence. Copyright ownership must not be confused with ownership of this website. Readers should consult the licence attached to the specific article before redistributing, adapting or commercially reusing material. Where a Creative Commons licence applies, the article must link to the relevant licence text.
Third-party material
Authors are responsible for identifying material they do not own, obtaining any required permission and crediting the source. A permission notice may impose different reuse conditions from the rest of an article. Contact the journal if a rights statement is missing or unclear.
Preprints and repositories
Authors should disclose relevant preprints and link versions where possible. Depositing submitted, accepted or published versions must follow the individual journal's stated self-archiving policy and the applicable agreement. Repository records should identify the version and link to the final publication when available. Indexing or long-term preservation services are listed only when participation can be verified.
