Privacy
How we handle information provided through the MYSER publisher website.
Who to contact
MYSER PUBLISHING AND INFORMATICS TECHNOLOGY LTD., 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For questions or requests concerning your information, email [email protected].
Enquiries and administration
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, selected topic and message. We use them to respond, manage publishing correspondence and keep a record of the request. Please include only the information needed for your enquiry. Messages are stored in the publisher’s protected system and a notification is sent to the publisher’s enquiry mailbox. This does not subscribe you to marketing.
Publisher administration uses a sign-in session cookie and security records to restrict access and limit abusive sign-in attempts. The public publisher pages do not require an account.
Service providers and external platforms
The publisher website is hosted on our Contabo server. Cloudflare provides network protection and Turnstile verification, and supports delivery of enquiry notifications. These services process technical information needed to provide and protect the website. Our mail provider processes email correspondence. Journal platforms, submission services and the conference website have their own privacy information and processes; review their notices before submitting manuscripts or registration details.
Keeping and protecting information
Access to enquiry records is restricted. We retain correspondence while needed to respond, manage the associated publishing matter and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information. We will explain any reason that prevents a request from being fulfilled and may need to verify your identity.
Your choices
You may contact us directly by email instead of using the form. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive research participant information through the enquiry form. For manuscript-specific data, follow the relevant journal’s approved submission process.
